I’m Mardi - divorce attorney, mediator, coach, and holistic guide. I litigated hundreds of divorces. I mediated divorces. I’ve lived through my own divorce. I’ve helped hundreds navigate it. And I’ve learned that the most powerful shifts don’t start on paper. They start in the nervous system.

Even during my years of litigation, I integrated this approach with clients. Before court hearings or negotiation sessions, we prepared—not just legally, but energetically. We did breathwork together. I taught them techniques to use while waiting outside the courtroom or standing in front of a judge. We tapped, we practiced grounding tools, and they did the deep subconscious reprogramming work. When we entered those spaces calm and aligned, the energy shifted—for them, for me, and often even for the other professionals involved.
